Family Safety Plan

Whenever you embark on an adventure it is important to make sure you have a safety plan in place. A safety plan will not only provide you useful information and tools should something go wrong, but it also serves as a framework to help you prepare properly, thereby mitigating your risk.

Together with Morgan from Rocky Mountain Adventure Medicine, we developed a safety planning sheet that you can use with your family whenever you decide to hit the trails.
